I'm a software engineer with over 10 years of experience taking systems from design to production. My specialty is the point where code meets infrastructure: AWS architectures, CI/CD pipelines, Linux server administration and hardening, and security audits on systems in operation.
I come from full-stack development —React, Angular, and Vue on the frontend; Laravel, Node.js, and Python on the backend— which lets me design infrastructure understanding what applications actually need, and write code understanding where it will fail in production.
I've worked on high-traffic financial systems at Grupo Salinas, hospital platforms built from scratch, and government systems integrated with federal registries.

Led the migration of two monolithic systems to a micro frontends architecture: the API deployment management platform for the Transformation Factory area (~200 internal users) and the human resources system for workforce metrics and payroll management. Defined the code and CI standards for React, Angular, and Vue adopted by multiple teams, and designed and taught internal web development courses.
Grupo Salinas | 2021 - 2022
Designed OpenAPI contracts that standardized backend service integration across the group's business units. Implemented performance testing to validate service behavior under real production load.
Iterando | 2018 - 2021
Architected the company's employee management system end to end: frontend, backend, data model, and production deployment infrastructure. Built platforms with real-time data and owned the infrastructure decisions: server configuration, Nginx, SSL, backups, and monitoring.
Attorney General's Office of the State of Veracruz | 2018
Built the vehicle theft reporting system integrated with REPUVE (the federal Public Vehicle Registry), designed for state-wide operation. The system processed ~100 reports per day in its initial deployment in Xalapa, handling sensitive complainant data with role-based access control.

Built from scratch the purchasing, medical supplies inventory, and study costing system for one of the reference public hospitals in southern-southeastern Mexico (196 beds, ~100,000 patients treated per year). The platform centralized supply records and study cost calculation for the hospital's administrative area.
Cloud architecture design: compute, storage, queues, and serverless, with well-scoped IAM and networking.

A production-shaped AWS architecture described entirely in Terraform: a containerized web service behind a load balancer and an asynchronous worker pipeline, wired together with least-privilege IAM. It deploys with terraform apply and nothing else.
